The Builders Resource Center, a division of Corcoran Sawyer Smith ("BRC," "we," "us"), respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through brcnj.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
When you submit a form on this site, such as a contact, valuation, feasibility, waitlist, showing, or agent inquiry, we collect the details you provide. That may include your name, email address, phone number, the property or parcel address you ask about, and any message or notes you add. We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, to give you the valuation, feasibility read, or service you requested, to connect you with the right member of our team, and to follow up about your real estate needs. We do not sell your personal information.
Form submissions on this site are processed and stored through our website host and are delivered to us by email so a team member can respond. We may share your information with Corcoran Sawyer Smith and with trusted service providers only as needed to respond to you and deliver the services you request, and with others when you direct us to or when required by law. Landowner details are never shared with builders without your permission.
This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site, such as which pages are viewed and where visitors come from. Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them through the cookie banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, these cookies are not set. Google Analytics collects information such as pages viewed, general location, and device or browser type, and processes it on our behalf; we do not use it to identify you personally. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's cookies in your browser, and you can opt out of Google Analytics across all sites using Google's tool at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
We keep the information you send for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and recordkeeping obligations, and we take reasonable steps to protect it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, and we will honor those rights as required.
