Lot size comes from the state's parcel records. Zoning comes from the NJTPA regional zoning atlas and our own reading of each town's ordinance; we only estimate a home size where we have checked the town's rules. It is an estimate, not a survey or a legal opinion: slopes, wetlands, trees, easements, corner-lot rules and board approvals can all change what you can actually build.
