We look for agents who are licensed in New Jersey or close to it, who are hungry to build something real, and who would rather go deep in a specialty than chase every listing in town. Experience helps, but drive and coachability matter more. If you already know land and new construction, you will fit right in. If you want to learn it from people who do it every day, even better.
